Pet/Home sitting
Finding a reliable, mature pet/home sitter can be difficult. This is why, prior to being hired, we plan at least one meet and greet with our clients.
This allows us to build trust with you and your pet, answering any questions you may have, establishing emergency protocol and getting to know routine.
We do our best to keep your pet comfortable while you are away.
This service can also come as an Emergency Back up Plan with a bit of pre-planning. In the event you have to "rush out" having someone who is trusted by your pet to pop in or overnight would be just a phone call or text away!
We are Fear Free Certified
Your pet is our priority, and our goal is to have them looking their best while also enjoying the experience.
We will never "push through" a groom, putting your pet's physical or mental health at risk.
Working on your pet's schedule and not our own means that each pet gets 100% of our attention.
We watch your pet closely for signs of stress or discomfort, and will only work within their comfort zone

What does this mean for your pet?
It means that we have taken a pledge to handle your pet in a force-free and humane manner. Using a force-free approach to grooming reduces your animal's stress and anxiety.
We strive to make your pets feel safe and comfortable. Using Classical Counterconditioning and Desensitization we can help your pets overcome various aspects of grooming that they’ve previously been scared or nervous of.
As part of our low stress approach we also encourage owners to stay with their pet while being groomed. This allows you to observe your pet's behaviour and see how your groomer handles your pet.
